What do I want to do for good health?

Eat well. 
Eat on schedule.
Pay attention to diet.
Drink water.

Sleep well.
Go to bed before 11pm.
Get up after 7am.
Have a dream before getting up.

Exercise everyday.
Workout regularly.
Skate. Swim.
Dance. Run.

Be happy. Be positive.
Read good books.
Listen to good music.
Watch good movies.

Be kind to everyone.
Be friendly to cats and dogs.
Love nature.
Learn the names of the flowers and trees.
