Some Books I Read Last Year

You probably read some books last year. So did I.

Over the summer I read some books, including The Fabulous Fibonacci Numbers, The Science of Interstellar, Life in Motion, Skinny Bitch, and Free From Chemical Medicine.

In The Science of Interstellar, the author mentioned Andrea Ghez, a theoretical physicist. Later in October 2020, she won the Nobel Prize in physics.

What do I want to do for good health?

Eat well. 

Eat on schedule.

Pay attention to diet.

Drink water.

Sleep well.

Go to bed before 11pm.

Get up after 7am.

Have a dream before getting up.

Exercise everyday.

Workout regularly.

Skate. Swim.

Dance. Run.

Be happy. Be positive.

Read good books.

Listen to good music.

Watch good movies.

Be kind to everyone.

Be friendly to cats and dogs.

Love nature.

Learn the names of the flowers and trees.
