To everyone who has helped me
With books, clothes, food, and other stuff
I think you can imagine
The hardships when someone's life is stolen
Someone's future is stolen
But still has to survive
I am grateful
To those who keep the air clean
Who make the water clean
Who make our planet sustainable
I am grateful
To those who grow beans
Corns, rice, wheat
And fruits and vegetables
Though they may not be the ones who profit from them
